Tindall Resourcing was started by Barry Tindall in January 2002 and has enjoyed considerable success recruiting IT and technical people into companies within Oxfordshire, Berkshire and the Thames Valley.

Since we started the company has enjoyed year on year growth. We have done this by consistently delivering our clients IT recruitment requirements in a prompt, professional and timely manner.

Our strength is the ability to quickly understand a client requirement from both a technical skill set and personal attribute perspective. We then apply this knowledge to any recruitment campaign we launch.  It is crucial to get both aspects right for the placement to be successful in the long term and we are proud to say that we have longstanding business relationships with many clients stretching back over the last 5 years and beyond. This is a solid testimony to our ability to get it right first time in a timely manner.

We have a large, dynamic and high quality IT and Technical candidate database and many years commercial experience of using the Internet as a tool for recruitment. Our network of contacts in the IT industry is well developed and very powerful.
